Leslie Wagner, Director of Project Management and Development for Ginovus, leads clients through the site selection, location analysis and incentive procurement and management process. Her work includes managing new facility development, expansion, consolidation and relocation for Fortune 500, life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, technology, and data center clients. Leslie has successfully closed transactions resulting in over $550 million of capital investment and approximately 4,000 new jobs. Her expertise at negotiating and coordinating initiatives with economic development organizations while synchronizing activities with governmental agencies provides a significant advantage to Ginovus clients completing extensive site selection projects across multiple states.

Leslie brings over 20 years of experience to Ginovus clients in commercial real estate, property management and development planning activities for governmental, educational and not-for-profit companies. She is a frequent speaker at local and regional economic development events, where she provides council on community redevelopment planning, job creation and retention issues, infrastructure, research and development, tax structure, regulatory environments, and economic development incentive programs.

Before joining Ginovus in 2007, Leslie was the Director of New Business Development and Senior Project Manager for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC). Prior to her work for the state, Leslie served in leadership roles as Property Manager and Leasing Manager for Equity Office Properties and Colliers Turley Martin Tucker.

Leslie holds her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Franklin College, Indiana. She received her Real Property Administrator accreditation in 1994 and plays an active role in IndyCREW, a chapter of CREW Network (Commercial Real EstateWomen). Leslie completed the Ball State University Certified Economic Development Course and is in the process of becoming a Certified Economic Developer. Leslie lives in Carmel, IN with her husband and children.
