Ms. Jill Beckman, Director of Operations and Compliance Management for Ginovus, supervises the Ginovus compliance management team and works with clients to ensure all information required to complete agreements and applications in support of incentive procurement is accurate and complete. In her role as Director of Operations, Jill provides oversight for all Ginovus business processes in addition to managing database, invoicing and accounting functions.
Jill has an extensive background in budget administration, finance and systems administration. Before joining Ginovus, she was a financial systems analyst for Butler University in Indiana. In addition to budget and systems administration, Jill provided financial oversight for all departments within the University. Prior to Butler University, Jill was an accountant for Par Pharmaceutical Company, formerly Quad Pharmaceuticals, and for The Kasler Group of Indiana.
Jill holds a B.S. in Accounting from Butler University. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband and two children.
