As Senior Manager of Compliance Management Services for Ginovus, Gerald processes and guides the acquisition of data related to tax credits, workforce programs and training grants.
Prior to joining Ginovus, Gerald served as a Project Manager and Field Training Grant Monitor for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC). At the IEDC, Gerald was responsible for managing over $10 million of training grants for more than 130 clients throughout Indiana. He has extensive experience with various state and local incentive programs and is uniquely adept at providing guidance to clients and working through the incentive compliance process.
Gerald completed the Center for Economic and Community Development course at Ball State University Indiana, and is in the process of becoming a Certified Economic Developer.
Gerald earned a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Anderson University, Indiana and an MBA from Anderson University. He lives in Indianapolis, IN with his wife and children.
