As Manager of Project Coordination for Ginovus, Dustin supports clients and team members with comprehensive research for site selection and incentive procurement projects throughout the United States. He is also responsible for the collection and analysis of data required to help Ginovus clients meet deadlines and complete applications required by state and local governments to insure receipt of approved economic development incentives.

Dustin’s experience in economic development and market research stem from years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Dustin joined Ginovus following more than two years as Economic Impact Analyst for the City of Indianapolis, Department of Metropolitan Development. During his employment with the City, Dustin was awarded the 2009 Mayor’s Performance Award in recognition of outstanding contribution to the City of Indianapolis for improving services and making government more efficient. In addition, he was recognized for department level contributions including a Director’s award for Outstanding Customer Service to Internal Clients. He brings to Ginovus a valuable knowledge and understanding of economic development at the local government level.

Prior to public service, Dustin spent several years in real estate development, with one of the Midwest’s largest residential builders. In his role as Operations Supervisor, he was responsible for overseeing estimating practices and implementation in new markets as the company expanded into other states. Following that, Dustin was a Market Research Analyst, providing local and national market data used to inform corporate strategy and business activity.

Dustin earned his B.A. in Economics from Indiana University, Bloomington, where his coursework included International Growth and Economic Development, Environmental Resource Economics, US Economic History, Risk Assessment, and Green Business. His degree includes minors in Spanish, Latin American and Caribbean Studies, and Environmental Management. Dustin completed the Ball State University Economic Development Course, accredited by the International Economic Development Council. Dustin lives in Indianapolis, IN with his wife and sons.
